What is CVP
The
CVP (Cardiovascular and Pulmonary) Lab
is a noninvasive lab dedicated to providing high quality diagnostic testing for
heart, lung and peripheral vascular disease. Tests performed in our lab are
provided by trained professional technicians. Our vascular lab is certified by
the
Intersocietal Commission for the
Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories and the Echo lab is
staffed by two registered diagnostic cardiac sonographers. Our normal hours of
operation are 7am through 3:30pm, Monday
through Friday.
Services We Provide
Where
is the CVP Lab located?
It is located on the 4th
floor of the West Tower (the old part of the hospital). Enter through the main
entrance and go to Outpatient Registration to register. If
you are having a test, you
must register. After you have registered you will
be instructed on how to get to the CVP Lab.
If you are not having a test and
need directions to the CVP lab, go to
the Information Desk on the 1st floor for assistance.
How
do I schedule a test with the CVP Lab?
To schedule a test with the CVP lab,
call Central
Scheduling at 740.439.8930. Make sure you understand what test you are
scheduling, before calling.
Where
do I go once I am at the hospital?
Once arriving to the hospital, report to Outpatient Registration. They will then send you to the CVP lab. If you have any
questions before arriving, please call 740.439.8461.
