What we do

Cardiac Rehab is the blending together of various health specialist in order to address the needs of each and every heart patient. The road to an enhanced quality of life begins with a thorough assessment of your current physical, emotional, social and nutritional state. Following the initial assessment, our professional staff will analyze the data and develop a program to meet  each individuals specific needs.

Physical reconditioning and educational retraining are the foundation of the rehabilitation process. Physical reconditioning involves the use of various exercise machines to help recondition the body.

Each client receives an individualized program to help maximize results. Scientifically reliable tests used on past patients have indicated an average of 143% improvement in the ability to perform physical activities.

Patients are monitored throughout their rehabilitation workout.

Educating our patients plays a significant role in their rehab process.

Life style modification is extremely important to the future well-being of heart patients. Extensive and thorough education will provide the tools to help with these life-changing decisions. Our staff and support personnel, which include two registered nurses, one registered dietitian, one licensed social worker, one exercise physiologist and one technician, are on site to help with the patients needs.

With encouragement, inspiration, and determination, it is amazing what can be done to improve the quality of life for most heart disease patients.
