How does nutrition services work? |
The first session is a 60 to 90-minute visit with a registered dietitian to talk about your diet. With your help, a meal plan is created for you and nutrition and/or fitness goals set.
Follow-up sessions are encouraged to monitor progress, provide additional nutrition education (such as label reading and modified cooking) and provide help with making positive changes in your eating and exercise habits.
