Physical Therapy/Athletic Training

Physical therapy delivered by licensed physical therapists.  Our staffs' unmatched credentials include:

The only Board Certified Clinical Specialist in the region.

Doctoral and Masters prepared Physical Therapists with dual credentials in Athletic Training Exercise Physiology.

Years of experience in multiple specialty area including the prevention and treatment of sports and work related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, wound care, back pain, and neurologic conditions.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists treat a variety of conditions that limit an individual's physical status and hinder one's ability to perform daily tasks. O.T.'s work with infants with developmental delays, children with problems at school, and adults with physical or mental difficulties.

Patients who have neurologic difficulties associated with stroke or orthopedic injuries involving their arms or hand may benefit from the caring treatment of an occupational therapist.

Physician Services

Southeastern Med’s Sports Medicine department is overseen by the Medical Director for Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Services, who specializes in primary care, musculosketal, and sports medicine. The department believes that exercise is strong medicine and it is proven that regular exercise plays a very important role in the prevention and treatment of many chronic diseases. Our services are offered by a team approach that goes far beyond the clinical treatment for all of our patients. 

Our skilled athletic trainers offer coverage of local high-school and collegiate athletic events. In addition, they utilize their experience in supporting our clinical rehabilitation staff.

          Outpatient Physical Therapy hours of:
                   7am - 7pm, Mon - Fri

          Outpatient Occupational Therapy hours of:
                   7:30am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
