Southeastern Med has received grant money from the National Breast Cancer Foundation to provide FREE mammogram screenings for uninsured or underinsured eligible women. Women interested in receiving a free mammogram screening should call 740-435-2500 to see if they qualify. Below are the general eligibility requirements:

• 40 years or older (unless family history of breast, ovarian, or cervical cancer)

• Has not had a mammogram in the last 12 months

• Demonstrates financial need (less than 250% of poverty level)

• Must be uninsured or have a high deductible insurance plan

• Does not have access to a screening through Medicare or Medicaid

**Add $ 3,740.00 for each additional family member with more than 8 members**
