Wound Care Services
Southeastern Meds outpatient wound care services program is
dedicated to treatment of chronic and newly developed wounds. We
offer experienced physicians with a team of professionals that
include WCEI wound certified nurses. A through comprehensive
assessment is completed on every patient to assure an individualized
treatment plan designed specifically to that client. We believe a
vital element to healing is the patients involvement in the care
they receive. Staff works closely with patients and families to
insure an awareness and understanding of how we treat the wound, and
the importance of involvement and compliance along with preventative
teaching measures to eliminate reoccurrence.
