Our nurses are the heart of our patient care team. They have continuous one-on-one contact with our patients throughout their hospital stay and work tirelessly to ensure our patients receive the best quality care.

The Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center is home to more than 150 full-time nurses with compassion, care and a love for the Cambridge, Ohio community. Our nurses participate in continuing education both on and off-site to maintain a working knowledge of the latest nursing technology, practices and advancements.

Nurses work in nearly every department in the hospital from cardiology to pediatrics, and emergency to surgery. Through their administration of patient care plans, our nurses help make our patients more comfortable and minimize the duration of their stays.

While all of our nurses have specialized education and training, some have advanced training that serves the needs of their units, such as our pediatric nurses, who are trained in pediatric advanced life support, and our Emergency Department nurses, who have extensive training in both advanced trauma life support and advanced cardiac life support.
