The program involves our team of registered nurses, exercise physiologists, respiratory therapists and rehabilitation technicians who work together to provide you or your loved one with the physical and educational tools to help manage a respiratory condition.
A pulmonary rehabilitation program developed by our team of health care providers at Southeastern Med can help patients with a wide variety of both common and rare pulmonary conditions, including but not limited to:

Pulmonary Rehabilitation at Southeastern Med
Sessions of rehabilitation with our therapists consist of a variety of aerobic exercises geared to your specific needs. Group support and encouragement is an integral part of our program. Our sessions last 60 minutes and are conducted three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Our trained healthcare professionals also offer weekly educational classes that cover topics such as pulmonary anatomy, signs and symptoms of pulmonary disease, nutrition, stress reduction techniques, energy conservation and first aid.
